You sign in to the TFH Enterprise Portal with your organization's existing single sign-on. There is no separate portal password to create or manage.
Portal access is granted through your own identity provider rather than in the portal, so your IT team controls who can sign in. See How access is granted below.
Your TFH point of contact provides your portal address during enablement.
How access is granted
Portal access is managed in your identity provider, not in the portal. There is no separate admin list to maintain and no portal password for anyone to reset.
Your IT team maps identity provider groups to two portal roles in Settings. Admins can manage settings, API tokens and portal access. Members can use the portal without administrative access.
Adding or removing someone from the mapped group changes their portal access immediately.
The one-time configuration is covered in your Enterprise Portal enablement material.
Signing in
- Open your portal address. The sign-in screen shows Welcome.
- Enter your work email address. Login with SSO becomes available once the field is valid.
-
Select Login with SSO and complete your organization's usual sign-in.
If sign-in fails
If you see “Enter a valid email address,” correct the email address and try again. If you see “We couldn't sign you in. Try again or contact your administrator,” confirm with your IT team that your account is in a group mapped to a portal role.
If sign-in still fails, use the Support link at the foot of the sign-in screen, which opens Help Center guidance without needing to sign in.
See Getting help and contacting support for the support options available to enterprise customers.
