How Analytics is organized

Select Analytics in the sidebar. The page opens on three tabs, each covering a different part of your deployment:

• Orb verifications. How much of your workforce has been verified at an Orb, overall and by team.
• Identity Provider (IdP) enrollment. Invitations that are still outstanding, and how long verification is taking.
• World for Zoom. Installs, Human Badge activity, and account linking for the Zoom integration.

Figures are reported at the level of your organization. The portal shows whether an employee has verified and shared that status with your organization. Nothing is written back to your identity provider.

For figures on a single person, open Employees and select them.

Select the information icon next to any figure or chart title to see what it measures.

IdP enrollment

The IdP enrollment tab covers invitations and how long employees are taking to act on them. It shows two figures:

• Outstanding invites. Number of employees who have been invited to the World ID onboarding flow but have not yet verified and enrolled. This is your follow-up list.

• Average time to verify. Average time from invite to completed Orb verification and enrollment.

  

Neither figure expands into a breakdown. To see where an individual employee stands, open Employees and use the status filter.

Orb verifications

The Orb verifications tab shows verification coverage across your organization. It contains two cards.

• Verification coverage. Share of the workforce that has verified with an Orb. Your total employee count is shown with a chart splitting it into Verified and Unverified. Hover over a segment to see the number of employees it represents.

  

• Verified employees by team. Share of the workforce that has verified with an Orb, broken down by team. Hover over a segment to see that team's percentage.

The legend lists your five largest teams individually. If your organization has more than five, the remainder are grouped under Others. Hover over the information icon beside Others to see which teams it covers.

World for Zoom

The World for Zoom tab covers activity and authentication stats for the Zoom integration.

Adoption

• Current deepfake protected share of workforce. Share of employees who are within their World for Zoom re-verification window right now.
• Users with World for Zoom installed. Share of employees who have World for Zoom installed on their Zoom account.

Human Badge activity

Two charts track the Human Badge over time:

• Cumulative count of users with human badge. Total cumulative share of employees who have the Human Badge displayed after successful authentication.
• Unique users with human badge. Share of employees with at least one meeting who had the Human Badge shown in at least one Zoom meeting.

Authentication and linking

• Unique users with World for Zoom verifications. Share of employees who have successfully authenticated with World for Zoom.
• Linked World ID and World for Zoom accounts. Share of employees with a Zoom account linked to their World ID.

Changing the time period

Each chart has its own period control in the top right, set to Monthly by default. Select it to choose:

• 1 Month. Pick a month from the list. The chart plots that month in weekly buckets.

  

• 1 Week. Pick a week from the calendar, then select Apply. The chart plots that week day by day.

  

Times are UTC.

If there is no activity in the period you select, the chart shows No data to display. Try a wider period, or a period after your deployment went live.

If Analytics is empty

Before your first employees verify, Analytics shows No available analytics, with the note that data will appear once systems are connected and employees start verifying.

If you see this after your deployment is live, check that your identity provider connection is active in Settings, and that invitations have been sent from Employees.
