Navigating the Enterprise Portal

The TFH Enterprise Portal is where your organization manages its World ID integrations and deployment. This article covers what each area of the portal is for, so you can find the right place before you start a task.

The seven main areas

The sidebar lists seven areas, described below:

Overview

Your starting point, and a summary of everything else. Figures across the top show your total number of employees and how many of them are verified.

Below the figures, a list of your Orbs shows each one's location, uptime, verifications, and current status. Select an Orb to open its details.

Two controls sit at the top of the page and are available from anywhere in the portal:

  • Find anything. Search across the portal.
  • Notifications. Select the bell icon to open the notifications panel. It covers things that need your attention and things that have resolved on their own, for example an Orb needing an update, an Orb reported as degraded, an API key approaching expiry, an employee sync completing, an integration disconnecting, and an Orb coming back online. Unread items are marked with a dot. If you have none, the panel shows No notifications.

Employees

Your employee directory, synced from your identity provider. Use this area to invite employees to verify and to check where an individual stands.

Each row shows the person's name and email address, their team, their World ID Status, and when their record was last updated. Four statuses appear:

  • Not connected. No invitation has been sent yet. The row offers Invite.
  • Invited. An invitation has been sent and is outstanding. The row offers Resend.
  • Unverified. The employee has not completed verification. The row offers Resend.
  • Verified. The employee has verified at an Orb and shared that status with your organization.

Search by name or email address, and filter by status or by team. Select the checkbox on one or more rows to act on them together. The list is paginated, with a control for how many rows are shown at a time.

Open an employee to see, alongside their status and team:

  • Zoom Human Badge. When their current badge expires, or that they do not hold one.
  • World for Zoom authentication frequency. The interval that applies to them.

This is where to look when you need to know whether a specific person will join their next meeting with a Human Badge.

Analytics

Coverage and usage figures for your deployment, across three tabs. Orb verifications shows how much of your workforce has verified, overall and by team. IdP enrollment shows outstanding invitations and how long verification is taking. World for Zoom shows installs, Human Badge activity, and account linking.

See Understanding your Analytics for what each figure measures.

Your Orbs

The Orbs deployed at your organization. Two figures at the top show how many are ready to verify and how many are offline. The table lists each Orb's name, location, network, uptime, verifications in the last 24 hours, and status, shown as Ready to verify, Needs attention, or Offline.

When one or more Orbs need attention, a banner appears above the table. Select Show to see which Orbs are affected and why.

Hover over an Orb's name to copy it, which is useful when you need to share it with Support.

Open an Orb to see its location, connected network, volume, total verifications, and verification logs. Volume can be adjusted from this panel.

See Monitoring your Orbs for what each attention state means and what to do about it.

Integrations

The products that work with World ID at your organization. World for Zoom is enabled here, and the panel shows its current connection state.

This is also where you set how often employees must authenticate again before joining a Zoom call. For the intervals available and what each one means for employees, see Setting your organization's World for Zoom authentication frequency.

Settings

API tokens associated with your workspace, and portal access settings.

Help Center

Includes articles that are organized by main categories and by answers to common questions. The Help Center is also the entry point to contact our Customer Experience team. See Getting help and contacting support for more information.
