Navigating the Enterprise Portal
The TFH Enterprise Portal is where your organization manages its World ID integrations and deployment. This article covers what each area of the portal is for, so you can find the right place before you start a task.
On this page
The seven main areas
The sidebar lists seven areas, described below:
Overview
Your starting point, and a summary of everything else. Figures across the top show your total number of employees and how many of them are verified.
Below the figures, a list of your Orbs shows each one's location, uptime, verifications, and current status. Select an Orb to open its details.
Two controls sit at the top of the page and are available from anywhere in the portal:
- Find anything. Search across the portal.
-
Notifications. Select the bell icon to open the notifications panel. It covers things that need your attention and things that have resolved on their own, for example an Orb needing an update, an Orb reported as degraded, an API key approaching expiry, an employee sync completing, an integration disconnecting, and an Orb coming back online. Unread items are marked with a dot. If you have none, the panel shows No notifications.
Employees
Your employee directory, synced from your identity provider. Use this area to invite employees to verify and to check where an individual stands.
Each row shows the person's name and email address, their team, their World ID Status, and when their record was last updated. Four statuses appear:
- Not connected. No invitation has been sent yet. The row offers Invite.
- Invited. An invitation has been sent and is outstanding. The row offers Resend.
- Unverified. The employee has not completed verification. The row offers Resend.
- Verified. The employee has verified at an Orb and shared that status with your organization.
Search by name or email address, and filter by status or by team. Select the checkbox on one or more rows to act on them together. The list is paginated, with a control for how many rows are shown at a time.
Open an employee to see, alongside their status and team:
- Zoom Human Badge. When their current badge expires, or that they do not hold one.
- World for Zoom authentication frequency. The interval that applies to them.
This is where to look when you need to know whether a specific person will join their next meeting with a Human Badge.
Analytics
Coverage and usage figures for your deployment, across three tabs. Orb verifications shows how much of your workforce has verified, overall and by team. IdP enrollment shows outstanding invitations and how long verification is taking. World for Zoom shows installs, Human Badge activity, and account linking.
See Understanding your Analytics for what each figure measures.
Your Orbs
The Orbs deployed at your organization. Two figures at the top show how many are ready to verify and how many are offline. The table lists each Orb's name, location, network, uptime, verifications in the last 24 hours, and status, shown as Ready to verify, Needs attention, or Offline.
When one or more Orbs need attention, a banner appears above the table. Select Show to see which Orbs are affected and why.
Hover over an Orb's name to copy it, which is useful when you need to share it with Support.
Open an Orb to see its location, connected network, volume, total verifications, and verification logs. Volume can be adjusted from this panel.
See Monitoring your Orbs for what each attention state means and what to do about it.
Integrations
The products that work with World ID at your organization. World for Zoom is enabled here, and the panel shows its current connection state.
This is also where you set how often employees must authenticate again before joining a Zoom call. For the intervals available and what each one means for employees, see Setting your organization's World for Zoom authentication frequency.
Settings
API tokens associated with your workspace, and portal access settings.
Help Center
Includes articles that are organized by main categories and by answers to common questions. The Help Center is also the entry point to contact our Customer Experience team. See Getting help and contacting support for more information.

How Analytics is organized
Select Analytics in the sidebar. The page opens on three tabs, each covering a different part of your deployment:
- Orb verifications. How much of your workforce has been verified at an Orb, overall and by team.
- Identity Provider (IdP) enrollment. Invitations that are still outstanding, and how long verification is taking.
- World for Zoom. Installs, Human Badge activity, and account linking for the Zoom integration.
Figures are reported at the level of your organization. The portal shows whether an employee has verified and shared that status with your organization. Nothing is written back to your identity provider.
For figures on a single person, open Employees and select them.
Select the information icon next to any figure or chart title to see what it measures.
IdP enrollment
The IdP enrollment tab covers invitations and how long employees are taking to act on them. It shows two figures:
- Outstanding invites. Number of employees who have been invited to the World ID onboarding flow but have not yet verified and enrolled. This is your follow-up list.
-
Average time to verify. Average time from invite to completed Orb verification and enrollment.
Neither figure expands into a breakdown. To see where an individual employee stands, open Employees and use the status filter.
Orb verifications
The Orb verifications tab shows verification coverage across your organization. It contains two cards.
-
Verification coverage. Share of the workforce that has verified with an Orb. Your total employee count is shown with a chart splitting it into Verified and Unverified. Hover over a segment to see the number of employees it represents.
- Verified employees by team. Share of the workforce that has verified with an Orb, broken down by team. Hover over a segment to see that team's percentage.
The legend lists your five largest teams individually. If your organization has more than five, the remainder are grouped under Others. Hover over the information icon beside Others to see which teams it covers.
World for Zoom
The World for Zoom tab covers activity and authentication stats for the Zoom integration.
Adoption
- Current deepfake protected share of workforce. Share of employees who are within their World for Zoom re-verification window right now.
- Users with World for Zoom installed. Share of employees who have World for Zoom installed on their Zoom account.
Human Badge activity
Two charts track the Human Badge over time:
- Cumulative count of users with human badge. Total cumulative share of employees who have the Human Badge displayed after successful authentication.
- Unique users with human badge. Share of employees with at least one meeting who had the Human Badge shown in at least one Zoom meeting.
Authentication and linking
- Unique users with World for Zoom verifications. Share of employees who have successfully authenticated with World for Zoom.
- Linked World ID and World for Zoom accounts. Share of employees with a Zoom account linked to their World ID.
Changing the time period
Each chart has its own period control in the top right, set to Monthly by default. Select it to choose:
-
1 Month. Pick a month from the list. The chart plots that month in weekly buckets.
-
1 Week. Pick a week from the calendar, then select Apply. The chart plots that week day by day.
Times are UTC.
If there is no activity in the period you select, the chart shows No data to display. Try a wider period, or a period after your deployment went live.
If Analytics is empty
Before your first employees verify, Analytics shows No available analytics, with the note that data will appear once systems are connected and employees start verifying.
If you see this after your deployment is live, check that your identity provider connection is active in Settings, and that invitations have been sent from Employees.

What we can help with
Our team supports the Enterprise Portal and the products you manage through it:
| Area | What we help with |
|---|---|
| Login and access | Portal sign-in with SSO, and the IT Admin and Member roles. |
| Users and provisioning | Your directory sync, inviting employees to verify and share World ID verification status. |
| Orbs | Orb status and alerts, software updates, and the verification history shown in the portal. |
| World for Zoom | Enabling it for your organization, and setting your authentication frequency. |
| Analytics | Understanding employee World ID verification numbers and World for Zoom usage metrics. |
| General guidance | Questions or concerns about the Enterprise Portal and the user verification experience at an Orb. |
How to reach us
There are three ways to reach us. Select Contact us at the top of the Help Center to see all three options on one page.
| Option | Best for | How to start |
|---|---|---|
| Chat | Questions you want an analyst to pick up now | Select Start a chat on the Contact us page, or Send us a message in the portal support panel. Your chats stay in the support panel, so you can follow up on an existing request or select New chat. |
| Attachments, or when you want a written record | Select Submit a request on the Contact us page to send reach us through email. | |
| Zoom video call | Issues that are easier to show than to describe | Select Pick a time on the Contact us page and choose a slot in your own time zone. You receive the meeting link by email as soon as you book. |
Each option reaches the same team. Calls are taken by the next available analyst, so it may not be the same person you spoke to in chat.
Response times
We aim to send a first response within one business hour. Where an issue is easier to show than to describe, we offer a video call the same business day.
If your organization has an agreed support channel with us, such as a shared Slack or Teams channel, use that first for urgent issues.
What to include when you contact us
Whichever way you reach us, please include:
- Your organization name
- The Orb name, if your issue is about an Orb. You can copy it from Your Orbs.
- The date and time you saw the issue, and your time zone
- Screenshots showing what you are seeing
What happens after you contact us
We confirm your request when we receive it, and reply by email or in the support panel, depending on how you reached us. Replying to our email continues the same request rather than opening a new one. Chats you start in the Enterprise Portal stay in the support panel, so you can follow up at any time.
If you cannot sign in
If you cannot sign in to the portal, the sign-in screen includes a Support link with guidance for common sign-in problems. If that does not resolve it, contact us or ask your IT team to confirm your account is in a group mapped to a portal role.
